Rate structure applies to both The Steamboat House (accommodates 8)
and
The Cottage (accommodates 10). Price includes state sales tax.
Weeknights (Sunday though Thursday night)
5 or fewer (min 3) - $50 per person per night
6 or more-$35 per person per night
Weekends (Friday and Saturday night)
5 or fewer (min 3) - $75 per person per night
6 or more-$50 per person per night
2-night minimum required
A $100 downpayment/security deposit is required to hold your reservation. This security deposit will be returned to you after you leave if there has not been any damage.
